Doggie Paddle

About a year ago, Zeus injured his shoulder. He wasn't allowed to get much exercise for awhile, but one thing he was allowed to do was swim, so once a week Craig would take him to beautiful East County to swim in a doggie pool. Which he hated. Still does. This dog hates swimming. But enjoy these pictures anyway.

Zooropa

When Aunt Julie came to visit over Christmas, we decided to visit the San Diego Zoo. The first day we visited Der Weinerschnitzel, circled the crowded parking lot, parked far away, then got to the entrance and realized I had forgotten my wallet. The second day we actually made it inside the zoo.

Here are some pictures of Dillon "with" the animals. It's hard to see some of them, so I've included some handy arrows.

Der Fun since '61!

G'day, mate!

Do you know Michellephant?

Sleeping Like a...um...Baby

Nothing makes a parent love a child more than when that child is asleep. Here are a few reasons why Craig and I love Dillon so much.

Gym, tan, laundry.

No swaddle can hold these hands!

In baby yoga, we call this "The Cactus."

The MARC

Dillon's Uncle Marc was generous enough to buy her a super nice jog stroller called the BOB. In honor of the purchase we've renamed it the MARC. It's a pretty sweet ride! Check it out.

There's a baby in there somewhere.

Merry Christmas

I think Dillon's first Christmas was a success. Her grandparents and Aunt Julie were in town; she got lots of cool presents; and she went out for Peking duck for dinner. Success, success, success!!!

Dreaming under the tree.

The gift bag is as big as my mom!

Exhausted from all the gift-opening.

Lots of great toys, books and clothes!

Dillon as Santa Claus!
