Lenten Bonfire
We were lucky enough to head out to Naval Air Station North Island on Coronado for a lenten bonfire. Not so lucky? It was pretty darn cold...we wore snow jackets!

Go Fly a Kite!
Over a recent three-day weekend, we headed to Mission Beach for a very chilly day in the sand. Quinn and Dillon both flew a kite for the first time ever!

MLK Play Day
On a recent day off from school, we met up with Quinn's BFFs, Lulu and Reece. Park, sand, juice boxes...all that fun stuff!

Adventures in Learning: the Squeakquel
Happy kids playing and learning crap.
As for Dillon, one Saturday we decided to volunteer in the school garden and were rewarded with fresh produce and the satisfaction of a job well done!
