Halloween, Sister Style
For Halloween this year the girls dressed up as Moana and Maui (we watched that movie so much this year...and Quinn had a pretty adorable Maui belly). We went to our friends' for dinner and handing out treats before heading out on our own. It's December now and we're still eating our way through the candy stash...
As always, it's hard to get any good pix before the sun sets...

Bubble Bubble Toil and Trouble
Sometimes you stumble across something unexpected and delightful. Such was the case on Saturday morning. After ballet we took a walk and found one of the water fountains had been filled with bubbles! The girls has a blast playing.

Strike a Pose
Grandpa and Grandma W. bought the girls these totally sweet Lily Pulitzer dresses. Dillon's has sailboats and Quinn's has lobsters. They're perfect for our non-A/C-ed church and a trip to the farmer's market. Dillon tried to teach Quinn how to pose (Dillon has always been a natural in that respect)...she sort of gets it!

Crap, It's Croup!
Last fall the croup devastated Quinn's daycare. The kids were dropping like flies! We thought Quinn would make it through, but towards the end, the cough started and we knew she had it too. She spent the whole week at home and, well, we went on some really long walks...

Birthday Party Round-up: Millie and Soraya
Dillon's preschool BFF, Millie, had a super fun, retro birthday party at the roller rink. Dillon was a champ her first time on wheels. She fell a lot but always got back up. She also dragged me down with her once and gave me a giant bruise on my leg--the hazards of parenting!

Another preschool pal, Soraya, also turned six. We went to her house for a pool party and tasty treats. Birthday wishes were sung in English, Spanish and Farsi!
