Ready to Run

Dillon's elementary school has a morning running club. During the week before class kids can run laps and earn stamps. Once a week they can run a timed mile and earn star stickers. When I started taking Dillon to school in the morning, we started running together. She's slow, but she still gets the job done.

Shipwreck'd

We've been able to go to a few beach-side bonfires on Coronado recently. The kids love the sand and it's great to get cozy by a great big fire when the sun goes down. The last time we went we saw a boat had crashed ashore. Sadly, no treasure chest.

Hiking Buddies

Guaranteed if we're not hiking alone we're hiking with Stephanie and Layla! This time we tried out Cowles--always risky because there are no bathrooms up the mountain! Dillon, as you can see, mistook the hike for a fashion shoot by the looks of her poses...
